1. Customers may place orders directly through our website, or share the required details via inbox and we will place the order on their behalf.
2. The 40% discount applies only to the regular MRP price. No additional discount will be applicable on already discounted prices.
3. A single order may include multiple backpacks as desired.
4. Multiple separate orders (same or different backpacks) will not be merged, and separate delivery charges will apply for each order.
5. No modifications can be made after the order is placed.
6. A confirmation message will be sent to your mobile number once the order is successfully placed.
7. Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.
8. Advance payments can only be made through SSL Commerz, bKash, or Nagad.
9. Backpacks purchased under this offer are not eligible for exchange or return.
10. Partial returns are not allowed. For example, if you order 2 or 3 backpacks, you cannot return 1 and keep the others.
11. Exchanges will only be accepted in case of wrong product delivery or manufacturing defects.
12. Delivery Timeline:
• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days

৭। সকল অর্ডারের জন্য ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে ।
৮। অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট শুধুমাত্র SSL Commerz, bKash অথবা Nagad-এর মাধ্যমে গ্রহণযোগ্য ।
