Not Covered

  • Daily wear and tear
  • Accidental damage such as cuts, stains, burns or misuse
  • Damage from overloading
  • Color fading from washing or sunlight
  • Repairs done by third parties

2. Fast Warranty Service. 3 to 7 Working Days

After your backpack reaches us, we inspect the issue, repair or replace it and send it back quickly.

  • Shipping cost free for warranty cases

3. Free Replacement if Not Repairable

If the defect cannot be repaired, you receive a brand new Grabgo backpack with free delivery.

4. Seven Day Return Policy. No Questions Asked

You can return your product for any reason within seven days.

  • Outside Dhaka 130 BDT
